We develop leaders through advanced teaching methods, executive advisory services, and application of concepts to workplace challenges.

The Business Leaders Program combines residential and distance learning experiences over several months. The classroom sessions are developed around topics important to leadership in today's environment such as risk management, conflict management, influencing skills, and team dynamics. A personal leadership development plan is crafted for each executive to better target specific goals and challenges in the participant's organization. The program sets up goals for immediate application at work. A dynamic business simulation is applied during the residential session to test leadership capabilities under pressure. Faculty teach concepts and individually coach executives as they begin applying newfound skills in their current roles.

The Assessment for Development in Mid-Level Leaders or ADML program is a tool in which experienced leaders at mid-level don't just talk about leading, they actually lead in an assessment environment. Using this knowledge we can then profile their strengths and opportunity areas. Practice is the next step, where we encourage strengthening strengths, and targeting one or two opportunity areas for rehearsal before applying what they learn to real situations with their subordinates.

Field Leaders Workshop is a two day development experience characterized by practicing strong leader behaviors. These sessions are taken to where the front line leaders often have 2-15 years as leaders, but little access to development experiences. These cost effective sessions take the learning to the site of need. Leaders practice approaches for giving feedback and for developing subordinates.

Front Line Leadership is a program that develops business knowledge and behavioral skills that are essential to all leaders with 7-14 years of leadership experience. With completion of this experience, participants have an understanding of how to contribute in their own unique leadership style. Business performance improves dramatically when leaders fully utilize their strengths and guiding beliefs. Participants enter a challenging 5 day program that requires self-reflection and a commitment to leadership development that authentically reflects their style of leadership, and contributes "edge" to their organization's performance.

Customized Leadership Simulations are designed and delivered for organizations that want to test current leaders, using realistic conditions that challenge their key managers. We specialize in building intensive simulations that challenges executives to take quick decisions while managing long-term strategies.

Individual Executive Coaching is tailored to individual development needs, and begins with a personal interview, 360 degree assessment, and establishment of a personal development plan. Our coaching model leverages peer, online, and face-to-face coaching sessions.
